The Human Resources Department will provide the roadmap for delivering its commitments to its key stakeholders within the context of the University Strategic Plan (2009-2014), and in conjunction with other functional University strategies.
The Human Resources Department will provide professional advice to Managers, in respect of policies, procedures and systems; supplying guidance and support on good employment and staff development throughout the University, enabling Academic and Operational Managers to accept ownership and responsibility for the operation of these policies and practices.
